Cancel your Supporter subscription

You don't need to sign in. Give the email address of your AniGauntlet account or the one you paid with, and press Cancel now. Your subscription stops renewing, and Supporter stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. You'll get a confirmation on screen to save, and by email.

Type of cancellation

Most people want Ordinary. Extraordinary cancellation asks to end the contract early for an important reason: explain it, and we'll review it and confirm when it ends. Any right to end it that the law gives you still applies. To get a refund on a new purchase instead, use Withdraw and refund in your account.

Signed in, you can also cancel from Supporter, Manage subscription, in your account. To get a full refund of a new purchase within its withdrawal period instead, use Withdraw and refund in Supporter, or email support@anigauntlet.com. See the Terms.
